Goodbye Ayaan, you will be missed!

It is with great sadness that the Pauley Creative team announce news that our beloved Ayaan Mohamud will be leaving Pauley Creative to further her career in social media marketing.

Ayaan joined us back in September 2010, within the first few weeks of Tweeting on behalf of Pauley Creative she amassed a great following on Twitter and developed some important relationships with a wide variety of people within the construction industry. Although Ayaan will be leaving us, she will still be a regular on Twitter so hopefully you can all still keep in touch with her. Here’s a link to Ayaan’s Twitter profile. We would all personally like to thank her for her efforts in writing awesome content for our blog and My Digital Insider newsletters and I am sure you will agree that it has been very useful, informative and inspirational in helping you develop your digital marketing campaigns and learning about how to use various social media tools. She also recently wrote her first article on Pinterest for B2B for the B2B Marketing magazine! Go Ayaan! She is also the author of our most popular blog post this year as she reviewed McKay Floorings use of Pinterest.

As you all know, Ayaan loves food, cakes, chocolate… and whilst at Ecobuild over the last few days we have also discovered her love for cheese and pineapple. She also introduced us all to the #Mondaymunchies hashtag which then evolved into the great Pauley Creative bake off (pics are on our Facebook page).

We are sure Ayaan will do extremely well in her new role as community manager for a B2B agency in London (we’re really glad to see community management specific roles being introduced in B2B), which we are sure she will relish.

Ayaan leaves us tomorrow and starts her new role on Monday so expect to see lots of tweets about smelly armpits on the tube, the general hustle and bustle of London, no doubt wearing out more pairs of shoes, and sipping on wine over lunch in Covent Garden from next week.

We would like to ask you all to post your good wishes, thank you’s and goodbye’s below.

From all of us at Pauley Creative Ayaan, we wish you the very best in your new job and thank you for all your hard work. Enjoy London!
